The IgG analysis measures food-specific antibody levels that can reflect exposure to particular foods. The panels include foods across meat, seafood, dairy, vegetables, legumes, grains, seeds, nuts and fruits.

At-home sample collection

This listing is for the blood spot option: a finger-prick sample applied to the supplied specialist filter card. Activate the kit using its unique reference number, follow the supplied collection instructions and return your sample to the laboratory. The supplier specification states that kits include a prepaid return envelope.

Results

The supplier lists a laboratory turnaround of 3 working days. Results are provided as a PDF and should be reviewed alongside symptoms and medical history with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Important information

IgE sensitisation does not necessarily confirm clinical allergy or predict reaction severity. Food-specific IgG is not a validated diagnostic marker for food intolerance. Neither result should be used alone to diagnose an allergy or recommend food exclusions. Results need clinical interpretation alongside symptoms and dietary history. Do not stop prescribed medication without professional advice.
