Intolerance Core Blood Spot Test

Intolerance Core from Health Beings Diagnostics measures food-specific IgG antibodies across 89 food items. The results describe antibody levels, not a diagnosis of food intolerance.

What is included

The panel covers dairy and eggs, grains, gluten and yeast, vegetables, nuts and seeds, legumes and pulses, fruit, fish and seafood, meat and poultry, and selected herbs and spices.

At-home sample collection

This listing is for the blood spot option: a finger-prick sample applied to the supplied specialist filter card. Activate the kit using its unique reference number, follow the supplied collection instructions and return your sample to the laboratory. The supplier specification states that kits include a prepaid return envelope.

Results

The supplier lists a laboratory turnaround of 3 working days. Results are provided as a PDF and should be reviewed alongside symptoms and medical history with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Important information

Food-specific IgG can reflect normal exposure to foods and is not a validated diagnostic marker for food intolerance. This test does not diagnose food intolerance or IgE-mediated food allergy, and results should not be used alone to recommend food exclusions. Discuss results and any dietary changes with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Do not stop prescribed medication without professional advice.
