The Food & Drink Reaction Test from Health Beings Diagnostics combines food-specific IgE and IgG antibody analysis in one service: 60 IgE items and 60 IgG items, giving 120 test items in total.

Two sets of antibody results

The IgE analysis assesses allergic sensitisation. The IgG analysis measures food-specific antibody levels that can reflect exposure to particular foods. The panels include foods across meat, seafood, dairy, vegetables, legumes, grains, seeds, nuts and fruits.

At-home sample collection

This listing is for the blood spot option: a finger-prick sample applied to the supplied specialist filter card. Activate the kit using its unique reference number, follow the supplied collection instructions and return your sample to the laboratory. The supplier specification states that kits include a prepaid return envelope.

Results

The supplier lists a laboratory turnaround of 3 working days. Results are provided as a PDF and should be reviewed alongside symptoms and medical history with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
